2020, Hisham appointed as head of medium enterprises office under the SMEs umbrella in one of the largest private banks in Egypt, gained his experience through both academic and on-field knowledge, performed a full segment analysis with extensive experience in almost all segments, and industries espeialized in SMEs and Mid-Sized corporates with annual turnover from USD 1 Mn to USD 50 Mn while assets has been increased by %40, liabilities by %50 while a massive hiring and geographical existence has been adopted to cover all the governorates by increasing the man power by %50 and to relocate and open new business centers.

— Completed the emerging leaders program in 2017 held by the Central Bank of Egypt & DDI.
— Obtained Expert in SMEs Finance certificate designed by the Frankfurt School of Finance, 2019.
— Best Achiever Award Alex Bank for 5 years in a row, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019, 2020 in SMEs.
— Attended several workshops for EBRD, Green and sustainable finance, Islamic Finance, Fund raising, private equity, investigation process, from international and local institutions.
— Currently studying Master in financial markets (Financial Regulatory Authority Egypt & Instituto de Estudios Buratiles, Spain)
Hisham is preparing doctorate degree in the coming period, focused on the implementation of the SME in Egypt with accordance to emerging markets relying on the capital market and monetary policy mechanisms between the reality and hopes, studying the macro SMEs scope and comparing to the implementation itself to re-define the overall strategy in Egypt.
